Sometimes you may order and think to yourself after a week or so, where your order is...
We get that a lot
Why is that you ask?
Why does my order take longer than usual (in comparison to other pet food places) to reach me?
First we receive your order
We add your order to our list of orders
We do not prioritise orders
We do our monthly ingredient & package order
Depending on availability, sometimes our ingredients may be back ordered from our supplier due to them being out of stock & the same goes for our packaging
Because we are so fussy and we won’t cut corners, we wait for our organic ingredients to arrive
We then prepare your order, depending where it is on the list of our already long list of orders
We cool your order, making sure that everything is in tact and as it should be, and if we are unhappy with it, we will re do it
We carefully pack your order
We fulfill your order and you receive a tracking number in an automated email from us
Depending on the courier, your order will be with you within 1-3 days from the time you receive your tracking number
WE DO NOT PRE-FREEZE OUR DOUGHS, ORDERS OR ANY OF OUR INGREDIENTS AND WE WILL NEVER DO THAT NO MATTER HOW FULL ON WE GET
THE ONLY TIME WE FREEZE IS WHEN WE SNAP FREEZE FOR OUR STOCKISTS, GIVING A LONGER SHELF LIFE
EVERY SINGLE INGREDIENT WE USE HAS A BENEFIT TO YOUR DOGGO
WE WILL NOT CUT CORNERS
WE WILL NOT SEND OUT SECOND RATE PRODUCTS
So if your order is taking a little longer than you imagined it would please just think to yourself that GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME AND WE ONLY WANT THD BEST FOR OUR DOGGO’S RIGHT?
We will not feed your dog what we will not feed ours, simple as that!
